Welcome
The group gets settled at their reserved table.
At that age, nobody wants to sit around a birthday cake for two hours. Four challenges, one final bomb and a leaderboard they’ll still be talking about at school on Monday.
Organising a teenager’s birthday party in Paris can be a challenge. Too young for a bar, too old for a kids’ play centre, and not interested in a creative workshop or an afternoon at a museum. Bomb Squad fits right in between: a one-hour immersive experience where the whole group gets involved.
No corridors, no tracks and no individual scores. Four team challenges across a series of rooms, followed by a final paint or foam bomb to defuse using the time they’ve earned. Chances are, they’ve never done anything quite like it.
Teams of 2 to 6 players start every ten minutes. A group of twenty teenagers can all take part without anyone being left sitting on a bench scrolling through their phone.
Crawling, aiming, running and reacting quickly. The challenges keep everyone moving — ideal for a group of energetic teenagers spending a Wednesday afternoon indoors.
Memory, logic and coordination matter just as much as physical effort. Less sporty players get their moment too, so everyone has something to contribute.
A table reserved for the group for one hour, unlimited soft drinks and sweets, the option to bring your own birthday cake, and a souvenir photo. Parents don’t need to organise anything extra.
At 94 Boulevard de Sébastopol in the 3rd arrondissement, in a fully indoor, air-conditioned venue. Easy to reach by Metro and easy for parents dropping off and picking up.
The group splits into teams of 2 to 6 players, puts on their suits and takes on four challenges testing communication, logic, agility and endurance. Each successful challenge earns valuable time, and that accumulated time is what the team gets to defuse the final bomb.
Choose between two missions, each with a different ending. The Paint Mission finishes with a fluorescent paint bomb, while the Foam Mission ends with the room disappearing under a sea of foam. Make sure they wear clothes they don’t mind getting messy.
The mission stays the same — what changes is the group and how independently they take on the experience. Here’s what we typically see at each age.
The introduction to the teen format: two teams competing for the best score, with the group starting to manage the mission on their own.
The group forms its own teams and discovers an experience that’s different from the laser games or escape rooms they may have already tried.
Groups get bigger, with several teams rotating through the time slot while the reserved table becomes their meeting point between games.
The group becomes independent from start to finish, with scores, challenges and the souvenir photo taking centre stage.
The experience gets closer to the adult format, with more tactical teams and some real competition for the top score.
Physical effort, memory and accuracy alternate throughout the challenges, so no particular profile has an advantage and teams can be formed freely.
One hour of missions, followed by plenty of time to celebrate. Everything is included, with nothing extra to pay for on-site and nothing to bring except the birthday cake.

A successful teen birthday party is one where the whole group gets involved and leaves with memories to share. Bomb Squad Paris offers a one-hour mission in teams of 2 to 6 players at 94 Boulevard de Sébastopol in the 3rd arrondissement, with a table reserved for one hour for cake and presents, starting from €30 per person.
At 12, groups want to burn off some energy and compete without spending half the activity waiting for their turn. An action game offers both, with teams competing for the best score and starting every ten minutes. A group of 12-year-olds can take part without restriction, as the activity is available from age 7.
At 14, groups often grow to more than fifteen guests, so the challenge is keeping everyone involved without too much downtime. At Bomb Squad Paris, several teams rotate through the mission with departures every ten minutes, while the others wait at the reserved table with drinks and sweets.
At 15, groups are more independent and want an activity in Paris that gives them something to remember. One hour of team action games, an included souvenir photo and a reserved table for the birthday cake cover the celebration, with the option to continue afterwards in the 3rd arrondissement.
What makes the experience original is the format. A team action game featuring four challenges and a final paint or foam bomb offers something different from laser games, bowling and traditional escape rooms that many teenagers have already tried.
The activity is available from age 7, subject to the centre’s supervision rules for younger children. The main birthday audience is between 12 and 15 years old, which is the age group this page is designed for.
The teen birthday package costs €40 per person. The activity alone starts from €30 per person. The birthday package includes one hour of missions, a table reserved for one hour, unlimited soft drinks and sweets, the option to bring your own cake, and a souvenir photo.
Teams consist of 2 to 6 players, with several teams rotating through and starting every ten minutes. A group of 30 teenagers can all play within a two-hour time slot, while the venue can accommodate up to 50 people on-site.
Yes. The 80 m² reception area allows parents to stay while the group completes the mission. Many parents choose to drop the group off and return for the cake, with the table reserved for one hour for the celebration.
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake, and the package includes a reserved table for blowing out the candles and opening presents. Unlimited soft drinks and sweets are included.
Comfortable clothes are recommended. A suit is provided for the mission, but the final bomb involves either paint or foam, so it’s best to avoid clothes they particularly care about.
